Hannah is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Washington, and serves as general counsel to healthcare organizations and municipalities. Her work spans regulatory compliance, public hospital governance, physician contracting, CEO transitions, and accreditation standards with a particular focus on rural hospitals and community health centers.
Before becoming an attorney, Hannah spent eight years on the operational side of healthcare, leading compliance, HIPAA, safety, and emergency management at Pullman Regional Hospital in Washington. Hannah also ran her own consulting firm serving clients, local governments, and EMS agencies. These experiences gave her a ground-level understanding of the challenges healthcare teams face. She was inspired to pursue a career where she could provide healthcare leaders the guidance needed to navigate legal complexities with confidence and stay focused on delivering care.
Hannah’s commitment to rural healthcare access shapes her approach to law. Living in a rural, agriculture-based community herself, she knows firsthand that access to healthcare supports population health and the town itself. She prides herself on serving rural hospitals and community health centers as a true integrated partner focused on expanding access to care and empowering the organization to sustain its community.
When she’s not working alongside healthcare organizations, Hannah can be found hiking, fly fishing, or cycling the trails throughout Idaho. She also enjoys spending time with her horse and mule, and serves on the Board of the North Idaho Saddle Mule Club.
