Turner is a member of Malek + Malek’s litigation team and is licensed to practice in Idaho.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of South Carolina. A lifelong reader, Turner has always been drawn to the power of language and ideas. That curiosity led him to philosophy, where he developed a love of argument and critical reasoning, skills that now serve him well in his legal practice. During law school, Turner further developed these skills by participating in the McNichols moot court competition, where he was a semifinalist. Turner also served as an editor for the Idaho Law Review.
As a first-generation attorney, Turner brings both perspective and purpose to his work. He’s especially interested in constitutional, civil, and administrative law, and approaches each case with the analytical depth and care that come from his background in philosophy and academic writing.
Outside the office, Turner enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with his wife and friends.
