Luke is a transactional attorney who has experience with litigation and is licensed in Idaho. He works on both types of cases, as well as issues related to business entity formation. Luke has taken on the role of assisting with transactional matters when they become contentious and helping resolve the situation.
Luke earned his J.D., Executive MBA, and undergraduate degrees all from the University of Idaho. Go Vandals!
Luke chose a career in law because he greatly enjoys helping entrepreneurs avoid legal pitfalls and achieve success. He also finds it fulfilling to help people find resolution on their disputes. Being an attorney is Luke’s second career; he was previously a golf professional who managed some of the best golf courses in the US and has mentored many PGA professionals. (And yes, he is happy to give any client or member of the team a golf lesson whenever they ask!)
Beyond the golf course, Luke also plays on two soccer teams and enjoys Idaho’s public lands year-round by hunting, skiing, and hiking. He enjoys the Boise area which is near where he grew up in Payette Idaho. If he could rid the world of one thing, he would get rid of misinformation. He is fully committed to Malek + Malek’s mission to change the world for the better.
