Lexi is the Chief of Staff at Malek + Malek, a role that allows her to pursue her love of learning while helping others thrive both individually and collectively. After starting as an executive assistant at our firm, she quickly grew into a trusted, steady presence behind the scenes. Now, in her expanded role, Lexi brings clarity, empathy, and optimism to support the team.
She was drawn to the positive, encouraging work culture at Malek + Malek and is deeply committed to our mission of changing the world for the better and to the people who make that change happen. Above all, Lexi aims to be someone others can count on, whether they need support, perspective, or simply someone to listen.
A University of Idaho alum, Lexi graduated with a double major in Criminology and Sociology and a certificate in diversity and inclusion. While in college, she participated in a wide variety of community service projects through her sorority, including raising money for their philanthropy, St. Jude.
Lexi loves being outdoors, a perfect match for living in Colorado. You’ll find her boating and surfing in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and spending quality time with the people she loves most year-round. Lexi will never say no to a good book or exploring a new restaurant.
